TOP 5 lean recipes: Tomato puree soup

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes – 300 grams;
  • Onion – 1 pc;
  • Vegetable oil – 20 ml;
  • Salt is to taste;
  • Ground black pepper – to taste;
  • The greens taste good;
  • Basil – 1 leaf.

Preparation:

Rinse the tomatoes, put them in a deep bowl, pour boiling water over them and leave them for 3-5 minutes. Then quickly transfer the tomatoes to a bowl of ice water.

Peel the onion, rinse it and cut it into small cubes. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion over low heat until golden brown.

Take the tomatoes out of the water, peel them off and cut out the core. Cut into small cubes.

Add the tomatoes to the onion, fry the mixture over medium heat until the tomatoes release their juice.

Add salt, pepper, and hot water. If the soup is sour, add a little sugar. Simmer the dish for 10 minutes. Add basil, herbs, oregano, etc. if desired.

Remove the soup from the heat and pour it into a blender container. Puree and boil the soup if it has cooled down.

TOP 5 lean recipes: Tomato puree soup

Fish and rice pie 

Ingredients:

Dough:

  • Wheat flour – 170 grams;
  • Water – 100 ml;
  • Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp;
  • Salt is to taste.

Filling:

  • Fish (canned, smoked, fresh, etc.) – 200 grams;
  • Round rice – 50 grams;
  • Onions – 80 grams;
  • Water – 120 ml;
  • Ground black pepper – to taste;

Preparation:

Sift the flour, add water, salt and oil. Knead the dough (it should not stick to your hands). Leave it on for 20 minutes.

Boil the rice. Mash the fish (I have canned pink salmon) with a fork.

Peel and dice the onion.

Mix the rice, fish and onion, add pepper.

Divide the dough into 2 parts: put the larger part on the bottom of the baking dish, put the filling, and put the other part of the dough in a thin layer on top of the pie. Pinch the edges of the dough and make small holes in the center.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees, grease the surface of the cake with butter.

Ingredients:

  • White cabbage – 1 pc.
  • Mushrooms – 500 grams;
  • Rice – 200 grams;
  • Onions – 2 pcs;
  • Sunflower oil – 200 ml;
  • Ground black pepper – to taste;
  • Salt is to taste.

Preparation:

Chop the mushrooms, put the saucepan over medium heat, add 50 ml of oil and the mushrooms, cover the saucepan and simmer for 8 minutes. Do not drain the water from the mushrooms, but leave it for later.

Put the onion, sliced in half rings, and 150 ml of oil in a frying pan.

Once the onions are golden brown, add the mushrooms and rice (not cooked) to the pan, along with pepper and salt to taste. Fry for 10 minutes over low heat.

Add 200 ml of water and simmer the mixture for 10-15 minutes.

Boil the cabbage in boiling water to make it soft. Put the stuffing in the baking sheets and cook the finished cabbage rolls in mushroom broth and water until they boil.

Baked fish

Ingredients:

  • Mackerel – 1 kg;
  • Salt is to taste;
  • Pepper – to taste;
  • Sunflower oil – 100 ml.

Preparation:

Clean the mackerel and remove the insides. Add pepper and salt. Leave for 10 minutes, then add the oil and leave for another 10 minutes.

Put the fish in a baking dish

Bake for 20-30 minutes at 170 degrees in the oven.

TOP 5 lean recipes: Eggplant rolls

Ingredients:

  • Eggplant – 1 pc;
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
  • Salt – 1 tsp.

Filling:

  • Walnuts – 50 grams;
  • Garlic – 1 clove;
  • Cilantro – 15 grams;
  • Water – 1 tbsp;
  • Salt is to taste;
  • Ground black pepper – to taste.

Preparation:

Slice the eggplant lengthwise into thin slices, add salt and leave for 15 minutes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the eggplant on both sides until golden brown.

In a blender bowl, blend the garlic, nuts, cilantro, water and spices.

Put 1 tablespoon of the resulting paste on each eggplant slice and roll them up.

Lean yeast dough (bonus recipe)

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour – 300 grams;
  • Water – 220 ml;
  • Dry yeast – 8 grams;
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp;
  • Salt – 0.25 tsp.

Preparation:

Add warm water to the yeast, mix and leave for 5 minutes.

Add sugar, salt and oil, and mix.

Sift the flour and gradually add it to the mixture, kneading the dough. It should be soft, not sticky, and moderately thick. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.

Make anything from the dough: cakes, pies, buns, etc.
