Taras Tsymbalyuk on relationships: “We had a synchronized sense of humor”

Taras Tsymbalyuk

Taras Tsymbalyuk speaks frankly about his love and relationship with Svitlana Gotochkina, a businesswoman, restaurateur and former participant of the reality TV show “The Bachelor”  – in an exclusive article.

In the summer of 2022, it became known that Taras Tsymbaliuk  had divorced his wife, makeup artist Tina Antonenko. After that, the man did not comment on his personal life for a long time. Then the actor devoted himself to helping the Ukrainian armed forces, sports and filming.

Recently, however, a secret blonde began to appear in Tsymbaliuk’s film, with whom he was spending more and more time. Soon after, the two announced their relationship.

In an exclusive interview with How Are You? Tsymbaliuk shared that he and Svitlana’s thoughts and dreams for the future largely coincide.

“I don’t see any sense at all without relationships and family in my life. You have to live for someone. Someone has to live for you,” Taras explained. “I never dreamed that such a pleasant inner transformation could happen in the near future. That I would meet someone, and that person would fit together like a puzzle. That’s why it’s nice.”

The actor met Gotochkina on a social network thanks to a friend.

“Nastia came to my performance, filmed a story, and Sveta responded to it. We started texting. We liked each other’s photos. And the most important thing happened about three days later. Sveta was in Poland at the time. We called on WhatsApp. No one expected anything from this call. We talked for 4 hours… We were laughing like horses. We were in sync in our sense of humor, and we were interested in learning something about each other. Svetlana is very proactive. She has charisma, which, of course, attracts me,” said Taras.

The couple has been together for 5 months. The actor admitted that the first meeting made him, a grown man, worry like a boy:

“For the first month, we didn’t see each other at all, we just talked. And then we had a very interesting first meeting. Yes, I had seen Sveta’s photos, we had video calls, but she looks a little different in person. The first moments we were scanning each other, studying each other. There were feelings… to hold hands… We communicated quite boldly remotely, but when we met, it was hard to find the words. It had its own charm and thrill. I have never met anyone remotely at all. I’m archaic in this regard. But there is something in it, of course. I realized that I had fallen in love, perhaps, after our first phone conversation.”
