The premiere of the second season of the animated series “Toto”
December 25th Suspilny Broadcasting on its own YouTube channel “Brobaks” presented the second season of the animated series “Toto”. The tape tells about the adventures of the dog Toto, who gets to know the world together with his friends. Through familiar bright characters, with the help of games and songs, the authors will delicately integrate the modern realities of Ukraine. And they will also talk about serious things in a language understandable to children.
In the first series, the dog Toto and his friends learn a lot of interesting things about Ukraine in the forest kindergarten. And also – they will sing their favorite song “Oh, there’s a red viburnum in the meadow”.
“The new season of our cartoon series Toto during the war is another small victory. The task of adults is to support children, to distract them from anxiety by offering content that will encourage, demonstrate familiar situations and answer troubling questions. We will talk about emotions, acceptance, friendship, support. Each series, in addition to a game, a song and a funny situation, contains an educational component”, — says the general producer of Suspilny digital platforms Victoria Murovana.
The continuation of the cartoon series became possible thanks to the project “Supporting regionalization of public broadcasting in Ukraine”. It is implemented by the Media Development Office of Swedish Radio SR MDO with funding from the Swedish International Cooperation and Development Agency.
Leading Ukrainian animators worked on the creation of the new season of the animated series – the director of “The Stolen Princess” and “Mavka” Oleg Malamuzh and screenwriter and producer Iryna Malamuzh. Each cartoon series teaches kindness, mutual assistance and instills faith in victory.
