A curfew will be in effect in Ukraine on New Year’s Eve. People who will be on the street on New Year’s Eve may be prosecuted for violating it.

This was reported to the National Police .

Pyrotechnic devices, their implementation and use are expressly prohibited in almost the entire territory of Ukraine. The police will also respond to such cases.

  • Volyn region — from 23:00 to 05:00.

  • Donetsk region — from 21:00 to 05:00.
  • Zhytomyr region — from 00:00 to 05:00.
  • Zakarpattia region — none.
  • Zaporizhzhia region — from 23:00 to 05:00.
  • Ivano-Frankivsk region — from 23:00 to 05:00.
  • Kyiv region — from 23:00 to 05:00.
  • Kirovohrad region — from 23:00 to 05:00.
  • Luhansk region — from 21:00 to 05:00.
  • Lviv region — from 00:00 to 05:00.
  • Mykolaiv region — from 00:00 to 05:00.
  • Odesa region — from 23:00 to 05:00.
