Quiche with mushrooms and turkey: Anna Salivanchuk’s recipe
Anna Salivanchuk , the star of the sitcom “Once Upon a Time under Poltava” on TET, never ceases to surprise her relatives and subscribers with the most delicious new dishes. This week, the actress shared a recipe for quiche with mushrooms and turkey.
“Our quiche will be incredibly tasty. We will taste,” promised Anna.
Ingredients:
- wheat flour, 250 g;
- turkey, 400 g;
- mushrooms, 400 g;
- butter, 120 g;
- eggs, 4 pcs.;
- hard cheese, 200 g;
- cream, 200 ml;
- cold water, 3 tbsp. L.;
- tomato, 1 pc.;
- nutmeg (ground), ¼ tsp. L.;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- greens, to taste.
Method of cooking:
Dough-based quiche. Rub cold butter with flour with your hands or a grater. Add one egg, cold water and a little salt. Roll the dough into a ball. Put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
For the filling, cut the turkey and mushrooms into small cubes. Fry in a pan for 7-8 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Knead the cooled dough with your hands and put it in a greased form, shape the edges of the pie with your fingers. Pierce the dough with a fork all over the surface. Dry the base for 15 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 190°.
Beat the eggs with a whisk. Add cream, nutmeg, grated hard cheese, salt and pepper. Mix all the components.
Add the filling to the mold with the dough, fill it with the egg-cheese mixture. Garnish with tomatoes.
Bake in the oven at a temperature of 190° for 30 minutes.
Finished quiche with turkey and mushrooms can be decorated with your favorite greens.
