Nadiya Matveeva, presenter of the project “Happy for seven days” on STB,  went to train in the park and shared effective exercises with her followers on Instagram. Try a simple and useful charge from the TV presenter!

Nadiya Matveeva emphasizes that, despite the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine, you need to take care of your health, physical and emotional state. Simple and effective training will be useful for everyone!

The TV presenter advised training in the fresh air. In the video, Nadiya works out with poles for Nordic walking, but the exercises can be repeated without them. Or with any other prop with a similar principle of action: a stick, a towel or even a mop.
