How to get back in shape: tips from Santa Dimopoulos

New Year’s feasts are over, vacations and weekends are at the finish line, which means it’s time to take care of your figure and health.

It is important to realize that a healthy lifestyle affects not only your figure, but also your mindset. Therefore, it is worth to establish a sleep schedule, pay attention to health, and then already build your diet and choose physical activity that would bring pleasure and results.

Santa Dimopoulos shared her personal tips on how to get in shape.

  • Take all tests, hormone panel and preferably allergen testing.
  • Arrange proper, varied, simple and tasty meals.

  • Exclude from the diet of flour, sweets, canned goods, convenience foods, fast food.
  • Carbohydrates should be consumed in the first half of the day. I also exclude fruit, but leave berries.
  • Regular workouts (preferably with a trainer) and plug in cardio a few times a week.

  • Massages. Recommends manual and apparatus: aikun, endosphere, stratosphere, emton, hydromassage.
  • Connect nauli, breathing exercises, meditation.

It is important to approach everything comprehensively and then the result will not be long in coming. But it’s important to remember that the main goal is to keep him.
