Ukraine has fulfilled all the recommendations for joining the EU
Ukraine has fulfilled all seven recommendations of the European Commission, which were identified when it was granted candidate status.
The Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal made the statement:
“Ukraine has now fulfilled all seven of the EU’s recommendations that were identified when it was granted candidate status. This demonstrates our determination to start accession negotiations this year,” Shmyhal said.
He also added that with the appointment of the NABU Director, Ukraine now has a fully formed and independent anti-corruption infrastructure.
