Abroad: how to get a taxpayer card

While abroad, many Ukrainians have problems with document recovery. How can I get a taxpayer card if I am outside Ukraine?

This was reported by the Ministry of Reintegration. 

What documents are required?

• A completed application in the form No. 5DR.
• A copy of the passport with a clear image of the document.

Where to get a taxpayer card:

• in person at a foreign diplomatic mission of Ukraine;
• by written request to the specified address abroad (documents are sent by mail);
• through a representative in the Ukrainian tax office.

The Ministry of Reintegration notes that in order to obtain a taxpayer card, a representative must have the following documents:

• power of attorney,
• a document proving the identity of the representative,
• a copy of the principal’s identity document.
