For the 30th anniversary of Ukraine’s Independence, WOWBODY launched the project “Independent from Stereotypes” with 7 downloadable memos on nutrition, exercise, sleep, water and self-care.

The aim of the project is to popularize a healthy and happy lifestyle and destroy myths in this sphere.

WOWBODY is an online training, nutrition and motivation program created by professional trainers and masters of sports Anita Lutsenko and Julia Bogdan. Since 2012, the program has helped tens of thousands of people around the world fall in love with activity, get rid of excess weight and unnecessary attitudes in their heads, change habits and lifestyle.

WOWBODY is about taking care of yourself, without diets, bans and grueling workouts. We are against the stereotypes that have developed around healthy lifestyles.

Anita Lutsenko: “You can’t eat pasta, potatoes and bread. Healthy eating is expensive. Forbid yourself sweets. Drink at least 2 liters of water…There are dozens of such myths and people believe in them. I also once thought: you have to eat less to have a beautiful body”.

Yulia Bogdan: “There is a stereotype: to lose weight, sit on a low-calorie diet. I often hear: I eat 800, 900, 1000 calories a day. But such a diet slows down metabolism, lowers immunity, apathy, fatigue and health problems appear.

What’s the real story? In order to lose weight, you have to eat. Healthy eating is delicious and affordable. Regular exercise works wonders. You don’t have to go to the gym to work out, you can dedicate as little as 20-30 minutes a day at home or while traveling. It’s important to talk about it and be aware of it.

collected the main myths, debunked them and supplemented them with 7 useful memos that will help:

– make a tasty, balanced menu on your own;

– to get him everything he needs at the supermarket;

– Start your morning with the perfect exercise for your back and posture – Suriya;

– accomplish a workout and relieve mid-day fatigue;

– end the evening with some relaxing yoga;

– drink enough water;

– to take care of myself.

Each memo can be downloaded, printed, hung in a prominent place and used at your leisure. We are sure this information will be useful to many. And we would appreciate an announcement of the project on your resource.
