TV star Solomiya Vitvitskaya surprised her fans with an unusual sport for girls boxing.

On her Instagram, TSN 1+1 host and influencer Solomiya Vitvitska shared smiling pictures of herself wearing boxing gloves from a fitness club. The TV star says that she has long been planning to actively return to sports and try to master martial arts.

The TV presenter follows a sports program that involves studying the martial art of boxing and also includes functional training to develop endurance and body shaping. After three weeks of hard training, in addition to single straight and side kicks, Solomiya has already mastered working in a series of straight-side kicks, as well as techniques for dodging kicks in a series of straight, side, and dodge.

“I’ve always heard that boxing is This is very cool! My friend has been calling me and motivating me for a long time. However, every time so far, I have been stopped by circumstances: either spring quarantine or I couldn’t find a good gym. I chose boxing because it boosts self-confidence and self-esteem. And, of course, it develops self-defense skills! In addition, boxing is a dynamic sport and a kind of competition. And training makes us more disciplined and focused. People still have a stereotype that boxing sport is not for women. But I think there is currently no division into men’s and women’s sports… These are stereotypes.” – Solomiia said.

Vitvitskaya admits that it all started with her comments under the sports videos on Instagram of her former colleague Oleksiy Dushka. His coach wrote to the TV star and suggested that he try boxing lessons.

“Already at the third training session, Solomiia showed good sports results. Solya is very energetic and a quick learner. It is a pleasure to watch the success of my students ,”said the presenter’s coach.

But Solomiia admits that the workouts would not have been so effective if it weren’t for the good sense of humor of her personal trainer, Maksym Fyut.

“Max says that boxing It’s a kind of dance! I can’t wait for the next training session! Also a mentor with a great sense of humor I spend half the class laughing. And the atmosphere is also motivating!” – the star wrote on her Instagram.

Solomiia Vitvitska and her IT specialist husband Vlad Kochatkov love to spend their free time actively and, in particular, prefer extreme types of recreation.
