A new space of cultural consciousness in Europe – Stadium of Culture

stadium of cultureUkraine’s culture has undergone significant changes in 2022. We started exploring native, authentic art, getting to know unique artists, painters, and photographers. We realized that the more they try to take away from us, the more our people gain. Today, Ukrainians are eager to perceive high-quality art, but the deliberate suppression and distortion of art, i.e. “sharovarshchyna,” still exists. Cultural education and high-quality artistic space are what everyone needs today. This is how the idea of creating the socio-cultural initiative Stadium of Culture (SC), which organizes festivals, was born. The next event is on June 3 and 4. By the way, everything will take place at the huge Ice Stadium.

What about the Stadium of Culture?

During the full-scale invasion, we all burned out emotionally, but tired + exhausted Ukrainians are not okay. After all, while our defenders are defending the country from the enemy, we must be strong and effective in helping them: holding meetings, telling the world about what is happening in Ukraine. This requires internal resources, strength, and a stable emotional state. We need to be able to enjoy life here and now, to find inspiration around us, to continue to donate and be useful.

In this context, the Stadium of Culture was created, a space of cultural consciousness that brings together creative industries, educational projects, and charitable initiatives in the format of a festival.

This event is intended to:
  • integrate entertainment and education;
  • to talk about the culture of our native language about our native culture;
  • cultivate a love of contemporary art;
  • to develop the worldview of Ukrainians through aesthetic perception of various types of art and other events;
  • and most importantly, to bring together burning ideas and great minds.
The mechanics of the festival:

“The Stadium of Culture is an event where you can attend lectures, brunches, fashion expositions, enjoy authentic Ukrainian cuisine and music jams, dance to a DJ set, and experience culture in all its possible and impossible manifestations. And the main thing is that all this is happening within 13,000 square meters.

Gastronomy, music, fashion, cinema, theater, photography, educational events: lectures and discussions and “childhood culture”, i.e. education and entertainment for the younger generation, will all come together on June 3-4 at the Ice Stadium.

What? Where? When?

The event will take place for the first time on June 3-4, with the Ice Stadium (9 Akademika Glushkova Avenue) as the venue.

It will be two days of incredible emotions, drive, summer vibes, and communication with a cool, conscious community.

The entrance fee is 250 hryvnias.

All details of the event will be posted on the project page,so keep an eye on the festival news so that you don’t get upset that the tickets are gone!
