United for Freedom: how was Irina Adonina’s charity brunch

For the fourth time, a traditional charity brunch in support of Ukraine was held in Budapest, organized by Iryna Adonina and her United for Freedom foundation . 

The main goal is to help children affected by the war in the Mykolaiv region.

The meeting took place in the atmospheric Bombay restaurant and was dedicated to the Hungarian Fashion Week. 

The speakers, editor-in-chief of Vogue Ukraine Violetta Fedorova and designer Olena Guranda, held a fashion-talk where they discussed the topic of fashion development during the war.

The special guest of the brunch was designer Daria Donets , who is presenting her collection at the Budapest Central European Fashion Week this year. The new Darja Donezz SS23 collection is inspired by ancient legends and outstanding female images from ancient Greek mythology. The palette is aristocratically noble: black, shades of sand and pearls, dusty blue, inky. Key items: feminine dresses, sets of matching silk tops and skirts, signature suits.

Iryna Adonina expressed her gratitude to the permanent partner of the event — the Ukrainian brand Shpalta UA , which presented guests with its new patriotic scarves dedicated to Independence Day.

 “This charity brunch inspired me and gave me energy to move on and create more,” Iryna admits and promises Ukrainian women in Hungary new interesting meetings.
