“Stadium of Culture” – a festival that combines culture and charity
The Stadium of Culture Society is getting bigger and bursting into the information space with a new program! On June 3-4, the first large-scale festival in 2023 will take place, combining culture and charity. “Stadium of Culture is a socio-cultural initiative that brings together creative industries, educational projects, and charitable initiatives in the format of a festival.
Charity and culture
This project aims to:
- integrate entertainment and education;
- to talk about the culture of our native language about our native culture;
- cultivate a love of contemporary art;
- to develop the worldview of Ukrainians through aesthetic perception of various types of art and other events;
- and most importantly, to bring together burning ideas and great minds.
The project has already been supported by singer Nadia Dorofeeva, blogger Anton Murafa, model Daria Astafieva, Miss Ukraine Universe 2021 Anna Nepliakh, singer Ruslan Kuznetsov and others.
So what about the content, who will be there?
Do you already know that on June 3, the band will sing with fierce energy and driving songs? Can you guess who it is?
Yes, Oleg Skrypka and Vopli Vidoplyasova will be performing at the Stadium of Culture. Also on the first day of the festival, everyone will have the opportunity to listen to a fascinating lecture “Ukrainian Cinema in an Hour” by film critic Inna Chechevytsia, and then the Stadion Kultury Society will talk to the Minister of Collections and Donations Vasyl Baidak, who will tell us how to generate creative ideas for collections.
Charity and culture
On June 4, Ukrainian indie-pop band Our Atlantic from Uman will perform at the festival. Disco, soul, and mustachioed funk will all mix when they rock the stage. And then the musical band Latexfauna will surprise us with guitar and keyboard chords. And, of course, how can we do without a lecture and topical issues that concern everyone: art therapist and author of the course “Sex Education for High School” Ilya Yelisey will tell “How not to burn out completely” – an important topic, so be sure to follow the news of the Stadium of Culture on the Instagram page.
PowerKit volunteers will tell how to create a powerbank of electronics for the Armed Forces, show how to test, disassemble and sort them.
One of the festival’s goals, together with the District #1 charity organization, is to raise funds to rebuild the home of Roman’s family. You can join the collection right now, because at page“Stadium of Culture” has a link to the bank.
