Salaries of Ukrainians in Poland: who gets paid how much every month

What are the salaries of Ukrainians in Poland? With the outbreak of full-scale war, most Ukrainian refugees fled to the neighboring country of Poland. Moreover, a large number of Ukrainians have already worked in the Polish market. Now every second Polish company has employees from Ukraine.

The number of organizations employing Ukrainians is increasing in Poland. In November, it was 42%, and now it is 49%. This is evidenced by the results of the “Polish Labor Market Barometer ” study by Personnel Service.

The average salary of Ukrainian citizens working in Poland in 2022 was PLN 6 thousand gross, while the average salary of all working residents of Poland was PLN 6,257 gross. 

The majority of Ukrainian citizens (40%) who participated in the survey had a university degree. The second place (30%) goes to those with higher technical education.

According to the study, the average salary of Ukrainians in Poland for various positions (in 2022) is as follows:

▪️Працівник warehouse – PLN 4,250 gross/month
▪️Спеціаліст on HR issues – PLN 5,000 gross per month
▪️Маркетолог – PLN 5,266 gross/month
▪️Бухгалтер – PLN 5,500 gross/month
▪️Експедитор – PLN 6,804 gross/month
▪️Бізнес-analyst – PLN 8,426 gross/month
