Rocket attack on the center of Vinnytsia: there are dead and wounded

Today at around 11 o’clock in the morning Vinnytsia was hit by three Russian missiles. The rockets hit almost the center of the city, damaging the Officers’ House, a building with office space and nearby buildings.

As of 12:50 p.m., 12 people were killed and 25 injured, including a baby in a stroller.

Rescue services, medics, police and firefighters are currently working at the scene of the impact.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy published a video of the result of the shelling and called it a terrorist act, and Russia a murderous country.
