Every year, Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton bring together top politicians, businessmen, public figures, and philanthropists from around the world for the Clinton Global Initiative<\/a>. This year, the main stage of the forum was devoted to the topic of Ukrainian recovery. The host of 1+1 Breakfast and Superhumans center ambassador Yegor Gordeyev, together with a team of superhumans<\/a>, showed how a modern rehabilitation center for adults and children affected by the war is currently operating in Lviv-New York.<\/p>\n For the viewers of Breakfast with 1+1, which airs every morning from 7:00 to 9:30 on 1+1 Ukraine, Yegor Gordeev spoke about the forum itself, Hillary Clinton’s support, and the achievements of the Superhumans center project.<\/p>\n “When people come together and create real new – cool and effective – ecosystems to help others, you believe in a brighter future even more. This is what Hillary Clinton said at the forum, who saw and heard our superheroes – how they live, adapt, ask questions, and want. We were able to participate in the final of the forum thanks to our state-of-the-art physiotherapy room, where superheroes learn to walk and move their arms again. We did not just talk about changes, but created them, made an effective story. Since the center opened, 191 prostheses have been made and 114 patients have been discharged after undergoing physiotherapy and psychological adaptation programs,” says Yegor Gordeyev. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n In the morning, Yegor also talked to Ruslana Danilkina (Unbreakable Rus), who inspires others with her willpower. At the age of 18, she went to the front and lost her leg, but she did not lose hope. After prosthetics and adaptation, Rusia started working for Superhumans, helping war victims. The girl said that most people who come to the rehabilitation center are very motivated and ready to work. The thirst for recovery is the key to success.<\/p>\n\n
