On June 6, 2023, Russia blew up the Kakhovka HPP. The Kakhovka HPP was completely destroyed as a result of the explosion of the engine room from the inside. The station cannot be restored. These are violations of humanitarian law and war crimes against the civilian population of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

What areas are in danger, when is the peak of water inflow expected, and what should those in the radius of possible flooding do?<\/p>\n

After the NSDC meeting, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that about 80 settlements were in the flood zone.<\/p>\n
