Grate the boiled potatoes on a coarse grater, then mix four eggs and 75 grams of sugar in one container. Take a blender and blend everything well for 5-7 minutes until a homogeneous structure is formed. Grease the mold with butter, put the curd mass in it, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. We take out the Lviv cheese cake and give it time to rest. Usually, according to an authentic recipe, chocolate is used to drizzle over the cheesecake, but in this recipe I decided to use Transcarpathian lekvar.
