Apple tart: ingredients:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

  • sugar – 100 g<\/li>\n
  • butter – 80 g<\/li>\n
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l.<\/li>\n
  • soy sauce – 1 tbsp. l.<\/li>\n
  • cinnamon – on the tip of the knife<\/li>\n
  • puff pastry – 1 sheet<\/li>\n
  • apples – 4-5 pcs.<\/li>\n
  • ice cream – optional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Cooking a dish:<\/strong><\/h5>\n
      \n
    1. First, you need to prepare the caramel. Pour the sugar into a saucepan, put it over medium heat and melt it.<\/li>\n
    2. Once the sugar is completely melted, add the butter. Stir and remove from heat. Pour in the lemon juice, soy sauce and cinnamon.<\/li>\n
    3. Cover the bottom of a 20-centimeter-diameter split mold with parchment.<\/li>\n
    4. Cut the apples into slices. Put them in the mold and pour the caramel sauce over them.<\/li>\n
    5. Cover the apples with puff pastry. Bake the cake for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees. The dough should turn golden.<\/li>\n
    6. Add ice cream if desired. You can choose vanilla or caramel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
