Ingredients:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Cheddar – 100 grams;<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Edam – 100 grams;<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Maasdam is 100 grams;<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Parmesan cheese – 100 grams;<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Butter – 30 grams;<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Milk – 400 ml;<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Smoked paprika – 2 grams;<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Dried basil – 2 grams;<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Garlic – 2 pcs;<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Cream 30% – 100 ml;<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Flour – 2 tbsp;<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Pasta (already prepared).<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Method of cooking: <\/strong><\/p>\n

    In a saucepan, mix butter, garlic, dried basil, stir with a whisk, add smoked paprika, and flour. Stir it constantly. Pour in the milk, add three types of grated cheese (leave some of the cheese for baking), and pour in the cream. Stir constantly until smooth. Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce, put it in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese, put it in the oven and bake it until golden brown. Bon appetit!<\/em><\/p>\n
