Nigerian singer Tems , nominated for the Oscar 2023 in the Best Soundtrack category, wearing a dress by a Ukrainian brand.<\/p>\n

Having gone down in history as the first Nigerian singer<\/a> and songwriter to be nominated in the Best Original Song category for the movie “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” for the song “Lift Me Up”, the incredible Temilade Openyi deliberately chose a dress by the Ukrainian brand Lever Couture. At the 95th Academy Awards<\/a>, Tess shone in a white couture outfit by designer Lesa Verlingieri.<\/p>\n

“This year I am entering a new era… And as soon as I saw this dress<\/em>Lever CoutureI thought it was a real work of art. I’m in love with all of Lesa Verlingieri’s designs and it’s a real honor to be wearing this outfit to my first Oscar nomination,” says Thames.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
