During Paris Fashion Week, designer Kateryna Kvit will present a new collection,<\/a> , which will demonstrate her creative vision of fashion in times of political and social instability. Thoughts about a broken life, about the scars of physical and mental wounds, as well as understanding the importance of a moderate, responsible approach in fashion are the main concepts around which the collection was created. <\/span><\/p>\n

The texture of the leather and the “torn” cut of the models give a figurative hint of the splits and fractures in the lives of Ukrainians facing the war. The conscious use of genuine leather in the collections is another important message and position of the designer. Because this material, in Kvit’s opinion, is the most in line with the trend towards conscious consumption.<\/span><\/p>\n

The designer was also inspired by the works of the famous artist Simon Berger, who breaks glass to create harmony and beauty out of chaos. Similarly, the Katerina Kvit collection is an attempt to turn difficult experiences into positive energy embodied in things. The heroine Katerina Kvit has inner strength, and despite her sadness, she does not lose heart, but moves on with her life with love in her heart.<\/span><\/p>\n
