Salt, pepper, drizzle with olive oil and<\/span><span class=\"s6\">apic  <\/span><span class=\"s6\">at 180 degrees in the oven until tender. Take out the eggplant pulp with a spoon, mix it with chopped garlic, and add tahini,  <\/span><span class=\"s6\">\u043b<\/span><a title="Woman Magazine Link" name=\"_GoBack\"><\/a><span class=\"s6\">lemon juice<\/span><span class=\"s6\">,<\/span> <span class=\"s6\">olive oil, salt and pepper, add chopped cilantro and mix well.
