On the first day of the full-scale war <\/span>Vadym Karpiak went to work.<\/span> At that time, his wife’s father was in Bucha. <\/span><\/p>\n

“<\/span>On February 25, he had tickets to the <\/span> Kherson. But it was impossible to get out of Bucha. He lived there. <\/span>\u0422<\/span>hey made contact <\/span>through a neighbor<\/span> – once a day <\/span>in the morning <\/span>to get in touch<\/span>with each other. <\/span>He would find a spot<\/span>where he would get a connection and tell me that his father was alive,” <\/span>– the host said<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Fortunately, <\/span>on March 11th. <\/span>the man<\/span> was able to take an evacuation bus from Bucha to Kyiv. <\/span><\/p>\n

“<\/span>He lived with me at work, sleeping on a cot in the Freedom of Speech office. <\/span>I am <\/span>24 in the morning as <\/span>I left, and only got to Bucha on April 3<\/span> with a film crew<\/span> group. \u0417<\/span>I also asked to see what was wrong with the house. <\/span>\u0411<\/span>is alone, but <\/span>with a hole in the wall <\/span>– A small shell hit the second floor.<\/span> Father. <\/span>then<\/span> was<\/span> at home, <\/span>on the ground floor<\/span>. He says the whole house shook. <\/span>I was very lucky<\/span> 20 cm question. If it had come to the right, it would have <\/span>there would have been a fire<\/span>. <\/span>Because there’s <\/span> wooden bed and mattress.
